Refund & Return Policy

At Christmas in Joelton, our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase and proud to support our event. Because we are a community event and fundraiser, most sales are final — but we’ll always do our best to work with you.

 

Merchandise (Apparel, Gifts, etc.)

 

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

     

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or final sale items cannot be returned.

     

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

     

Event Tickets

 

  • All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for event tickets due to planning and capacity commitments.

     

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us in advance.

     

Sponsorships & Donations

 

  • Sponsorships and donations are non-refundable as they directly support the costs of the event.

     

Refund Process

 

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@christmasinjoelton.com with your order number and reason for return.

     

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item back.

     

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
